Dr. Low is a gifted fellowship trained plastic surgeon known for his innovation, attention to detail and outstanding naturally appearing results. He received his Undergraduate Education at Simon Fraser University (consistently ranked as one of the top comprehensive universities in the country). He attended Medical School at the University of British Columbia (consistently ranked as one of the top medical schools in the country).

Dr. Low completed Plastic Surgery Residency Training at the notable University of Manitoba. Following residency training, a Breast Surgery and Aesthetic Surgery Fellowship was completed at the distinguished Georgetown University in Washington, DC. An Asian Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic Surgery Fellowship was thereafter completed at the Plastic Surgery Center of the Pacific in Honolulu, HI. These prestigious fellowships were highly sought after and were directed by world renowned experts in the field of plastic surgery.

Based on clinical research during residency and fellowship training, Dr. Low has published numerous articles on aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery in peer reviewed journals. He was recently selected to author a chapter on breast augmentation and breast lifts in a textbook written and edited by leaders in plastic surgery. In addition, he has been invited to speak at national plastic surgery symposiums and conferences.

Recently, Dr. Low was featured in a national magazine as an expert in aesthetic plastic surgery. He has also co-hosted a syndicated radio show on plastic surgery. He has garnered a reputation for his experience, expertise and commitment to excellence and in the process, has been recognized locally as one of the Best Doctors in California and nationally as one of the Top Plastic Surgeons in America.
